Eligibility for Exchange

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Must include invoice and all accessories

Valid Reasons

  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item received

Process

  1. Contact us with order ID and issue details
  2. Share photos/videos for verification
  3. Our team will approve and guide the return process
  4. Replacement will be shipped after inspection

Important Notes

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • Customers may need to pay return shipping (if not defective)
  • No exchange on used or damaged-by-user products
